Patrick arrived on the 17th January 2007 from his previous elderly owner who could no longer look after him. He then weighed 19.95kg; being a corgi x jack russell he should be between 10 and 14kg, the vet has told us that 14kg will be fine. The weight control diet that we have had him on as well as 2-3 hours exercise a day has resulted in Patrick having a steady weight loss, we weigh out portions of 100g for each daily meal and he gets a very small amount for breakfast. We weigh out individual portions each day so that Patrick never gets too much. Patrick is very loveable and enjoys all of the attention that he gets from his new family and from other people in the park. JANUARY 12TH 2008! After 5 days short of a year, Patrick finally reached his target weight of 14kg! Patrick is now very lively and is enjoying every second of his new life! Patrick's birthday is the 6th July. Patrick has already met his target weight of 14kg and is now aiming for 12kg which is the middle of his weight range which was set by the vet
