Can anyone tell me how I can stop my 3 year old greyhound from destroying my beautiful christmas tree. I've only had her 6 months, but I have a feeling that when I put my tree up she'll love to pull the baubles off!

tell her to stop in a calm assertive way and keep doing this. Don't even let the dog look at the tree - show your dominace and show her what she can and can not do. Dogs are like children they need to learn what behaviour is acceptable. They also like Children like to see how far they can push their owner. Don't bend. Keep to the plan. If you decide the dog is not allowed to do / have something you make sure that they know this. Always Calm Always Assertive Always Dominant. Never use fear to train an animal respect works better.
I tried to prevent my dog from destroying our Christmas tree, but each season at some some would fail. I finally got fed up and went for an artificial slim Christmas treeto see if my dog would stop destroying the tree. Two seasons through, and it's holding up well.
